I, Lucy, grew up in Munich, but my parents fell in love with this beautiful Canary island during a holiday in 1984 and bought a house on a whim. In 1986 they decided to emigrate for good and drove an old Mercedes Benz with a trailer, three little kids and some favourite furniture from Munich to Cadiz where they took the ferry towards La Palma to find their new homeland.

That was a long time ago and a lot has happened since then on our Finca, which I took over in 1997 because my family went back to Germany. I obtained a diploma in tourism from the University of Tenerife, have a state-approved title as a tourist guide and it is great fun for me to tell interesting facts about my island.

 I´m living here with my seven cuddly cats,  my cute dogs Fito and Lily, 11 waterturtles and our very old tortoise Morla. My mom often comes over for a visit and gives good advice and supports me where she can.

There is thus always a lot of life and love on the Finca and everything is continously being improved and enhanced for our guests.We live in a separate house in the middle of the Finca and can be at hand whenever you have any questions. At the same time our guests can spend their holiday undisturbed, since every house has a private entrance and outdoor area.

We love our work on the Finca, our animals and engaging with our new and regular guests who have become friends or even family. Without a doubt: we live and work in our small succulent-paradise on one of the most beautiful islands in the world and look forward to welcome you here.
